Mango Lassi

 

Be transported to the exotic flavours of India with Niki's mango lassi. We may not be able to travel across the seas this summer, but a glass of mango lassi in your back garden on a summers morning will most certainly make a fine alternative.

Top tip from Niki: If you can't find ground cardamom you can use cardamom pods, simply crush the pods to remove the seeds, then grind the seeds with a pestle and mortar or coffee grinder.
