Creamy Cauliflower, Chestnut & Madeira Soup

Using cauliflower gives this soup a delicious creamy texture. Delicious topped with croutons or cubes of pancetta. Chestnuts are a great source of energising minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus and zinc as well as plenty of vitamin C, B vitamins plus protein and fibre to help keep blood sugar levels balanced.
