Vietnamese Pho Noodle Bowl

Vietnamese soup pho (pronounced fuhr), is a fabulous energising spicy broth with thick rice noodles, chunks of beef and an array of vibrant colourful vegetables. While the ingredient list may look lengthy, this is one of the simplest recipes to make as you simply simmer the broth and meat for a couple of hours until the beef is wonderfully tender. You can also cook this in a slow cooker for minimum of fuss.
