Some vitamin gummies don't tend to have a pleasant taste to them but these tasted exactly like chewing a really nice orange sweet which makes them really easy to remember to take them and want to also take them. They're suitable for vegetarians and also don't contain any artificial colours of flavours. These gummies contain 2 million live bacteria in each portion, plant based fibres that feed those bacteria and other compounds that help aid your gut balance and general well being, such as vitamin C and vitamin D3. So far I have noticed that I don't feel as fatigued and have more energy for the day ahead.

These are very tasty little gummies that are pleasant to chew. They don't taste at all medicinal. They are in a nice jar with lid so stay fresh and aren't sticky. I have been taking them daily now since I received them and feel that they are having some effect. My stomach feels more settled and I feel like it eases my ibs slightly. Received these and started them straight away, after taking for a week I started noticing I had back back/tummy pain. Stopped these as they were the only thing new id don't and haven't gotten since.

Tried this bio kult 3 in 1 biotic blend gummies for adults orange flavour flavour is abit strange but nothing major texture you can tell is more of a healthy gummy rather than an artificial gummy there full of multivitamins scientifically formulated to nurture your gut health plant based fibres that feed friendly gut bacteria I would recommend these I don't necessarily feel any difference but mentaly I feel better taking them knowing I am doing good for my health
