After taking the Every Day Gut regularly I switched to boosted for the winter period and haven't looked back. It has supported me in keeping my IBD/Crohn's under control and my symptoms minimal, as well as feeling that it's bolstered my immune system during times that I'd normally expect to be laid up with colds and flu. Cannot recommend enough!

I'm using these probiotics as an important part of a protocol to resolve dysbiosis which has made me very ill. The spectrum in these includes a couple of strains involved in gut motility. After six weeks, peristalsis has resumed and the extreme constipation I was dealing with is a thing of the past. In conjunction I'm also conquering pathogenic bacteria in the gut using Cistus Incanus dried herbs to make an infusion, brought to the boil (then OFF), then long soaked and drunk 4x daily; diced raw garlic swallowed down every couple of hours; green tea - all three are effective against gram-negative bacteria; I'm consuming a LOT (750ml daily) of homemade kefir (superb nutritional profile and rammed with friendly bacteria) and have cut out gluten, wheat, seed oils and sugar - completely. Only eating organic produce (avoid Glyphosate, etc) and consuming a wide variety of fruits and vegetables - this also assists in pre and probiotic repopulation. I'm not just healthier but happier - some gut-brain axis strains are also in the mix of this supplement and have made me feel like the old me once again! Fantastic. Thank you Bio-Kult!

I stopped due to a medication taking my bio-kult and am now no longer on that medication.  I decided to get back to using the bio-kult products and I am, as ever, really pleased with the results.
