I started taking these on a reccommendation from my dietician after a few bouts of antibiotics had left my gut in a bad way. They really helped settle my gut down again. I then had a few further issues due to lactose intolerance ( caused by strong antibiotics) and have started taking Bio Kult tablets regularly now. I have found they make me feel so much better. I was definitely sceptical at first but have found when I stop taking them, my gut starts to have issues again. Not major, but it does affect my daily life.
Bio-kult seems to have been helpful in reducing quite substantially my IBS symptoms, which has been most welcome!
So far it does what it says on the tin! Have had a series of colds and viruses but seems to have settled down since taking these.
I have been using biokult boosted extra strength for a month and a half now and I feel right from the very beginning that my digestive system is much better, I feel much more confident to travel now that I have this tablet with me .
