Yes, the Bio-Kult range can be taken long-term; however, some people may use live bacteria supplements at key times in their life e.g. alongside antibiotics, whilst travelling, stressful periods, or at other times as desired.
Should I take Bio-Kult daily?
The presence of live bacteria from supplements in the gastrointestinal tract are generally transient in nature. Live bacteria from supplements are not thought to permanently colonise the gastrointestinal tract. In light of this, all Bio-Kult research involves daily supplementation.

Great all round product
For a one formula works for all, this is our go to as a family. Definitely seen an improvement in the kids and it's only been a few weeks.

Brilliant
I wouldn’t be without these now! They have helped me to cut down on my use of omeprazole. I take them daily and have even got my adult daughter taking them to help with gut problems due to long term antibiotic use.

Love this product.

Feel fantastic!!
After a few years of stomach/gut issues getting progressively worse and various tests, my doctor recommended I try this product and it has only been 3 weeks and the difference is already noticeable. My stomach is less angry and upset and much calmer.
