Delicia's Peanut Butter & Jelly Cups

We asked Nutritiously Delicia to create us an alternative treat for Halloween this year and these Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups are absolutely delicious! Delicia used dark chocolate and chia seed jam to add a healthier kick to the traditional peanut butter cup recipe. 

If you've not made chia seed jam before, you simply need:
100g (1 cup) frozen raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or agave (optional to sweeten if required)

Gently heat the frozen raspberries over a low heat until thawed and mash with a fork until it forms a sauce, add in the chia seeds and your chosen sweetener if you are using it. Leave the jam to cool and thicken, once cooled store in the fridge for up to a week.
