Bio-Kult S. Boulardii is scientifically developed to target both your immune system and your digestive tract. Adults and children 12+: Take up to 2 capsules daily, with food.
Children 3-11: Give 1 capsule daily, with food.

S. boulardii is not part of the intestinal microbiota of humans and under normal conditions it doesn't permanently colonise the gastrointestinal tract. When given orally, it achieves steady-state concentrations within 3 days and is cleared within 3-5 days after it is discontinued. No specific safety concerns have been raised in respect of longer-term use; however, studies using S. boulardii have typically lasted between 7 days and 6 months*.

Milk is not used in the manufacturing of Bio-Kult S. Boulardii. However, milk is used in the manufacturing of other products in the Bio-Kult range produced at our manufacturing facilities. Allergen testing for Bio-Kult S. Boulardii has shown low levels of casein (milk protein) and may be in the final product. Bio-Kult Boulardii therefore 'may contain milk' and is not recommended for those with an allergy to milk proteins.

Hard to know exactly what's working and what isn't with IBS. However, when I began taking Bio-kult S. boullardi my IBS-D symptoms improved around 90%.
This helped me with a stomach virus.
One by one, my family and friends have all started taking these wonder-tablets. After many years of nausea and sickness due to stomach problems, trying all medical tests and treatments, my Mother was cured by these tablets. They have been a game changer for everyone I know.
I had been struggling for some months with various problems, reflux, bloating and stomach problems, I had various tests and everything was coming back negative, nothing was helping to relieve the symptoms either.
