Bio-Kult Ireland teamed up with Nutritional Cook, Susan Jane White, recently to create some gut friendly recipes. First up was Homemade Kimchi - fermented foods such as kimchi are teeming with many different beneficial strains and are a great way of preserving foods so that they have a longer shelf-life.
