These are great they helped my gut, my hormonal balance and it has multivitamins and helps with immune system. They are easy to take once a day with food or sprinkle into a drink or on food.
I've never used a product like this before so was unsure what to expect. In all fairness my hot sweats did calm a little which was nice but didn't notice any difference to my gut

Lovely packaging design and I wouldn't immediately think they were for intimate health. No real change for me so nothing to write home about. Capsules are easy to take and I much prefer them to hard tablets. Wouldn't buy personally.
I have started taking g this product, and I do believe it has helped. I feel more energetic and feel that it is helping to clear up my skin .I have had less pain as well with this product .
