How do I start a Bio-Kult subscription
  1. Browse our range and go to the product page for your chosen Bio-Kult Product
  2. Select ‘Subscribe & Save’
  3. Click ‘Add to cart’
  4. Complete checkout, and your subscription will be set up, and an account will be created for you

Once your first order is placed, you can amend the delivery frequency or edit your Bio-Kult subscription in your account area.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Absolutely. You are in complete control of your subscription. Simply log in to your account portal at any time to:

Check view all upcoming orders

In the ‘Subscriptions’ section, you can see all active subscriptions.

Click ‘Edit’, Choose your next preferred reschedule date

You can also skip your next delivery

How do I cancel my subscription?
  • Log in to your account
  • Check view all upcoming orders
  • In the ‘Subscriptions’ section, you can see all active subscriptions.
  • Click the active subscription you want to amend.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Click Cance subscription
  • If you have more than one subscription, you will be prompted to choose which one you want to cancel.
  • Follow the cancellation flow all the way through until you receive confirmation.

 

What happens if I cancel within the 48-hour window?

If you cancel within 48 hours of your renewal, your next order may have already been processed. In this case, you will be charged for and receive that final shipment, and your subscription will be cancelled immediately after.

How do I begin a subscription?

It's simple! On any eligible product page, just select the "Subscribe & Save" option instead of "One-time purchase." Then, choose your preferred delivery frequency and add the item to your basket. Your exclusive subscription discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Do I get notifications when my subscription orders dispatch?

Yes! We'll always keep you in the loop. As soon as your Bio-Kult products are on their way, we will send a shipping confirmation email directly to your inbox that includes your tracking information.
