Liz is a registered Nutritional Therapist and member of the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council. She graduated from the University of Greenwich and BCNH College of Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine in 2010. Liz set up her nutritional therapy practice after graduation, eventually specialising in fertility and hormone balance. In addition, she worked as a pro bono nutrition advisor to a weight management programme for adolescents in South Yorkshire, and co-authored a children’s health booklet used on the programme and by public health organisations in England and Northern Ireland.
Liz worked as a Nutritional Advisor at ADM Protexin, manufacturers of Bio-Kult and Lepicol, for 4 ½ years, before becoming a Technical Advisor. She still runs a part-time practice, is involved in setting up a local community health hub with other therapists, and is also training to be a Forest Bathing Guide.
