Roasted Tomato, Red Pepper Soup
with Cheddar Dumplings

Roasting the tomatoes and garlic creates a delicious naturally sweet, caramelised flavour to the soup that children will love. The combination of vegetables in this dish makes this perfect for even the fussiest of eaters and provides plenty of immune supporting Vitamin C and antioxidants to keep them healthy during the Autumn months. This recipe is made extra special by the addition of mini cheesy dumplings. Not only are they simple to prepare and speedy to cook, they can easily be made gluten free too.
