We endeavour to despatch all ‘standard orders’ within 3 working days of receipt.
If you have chosen ‘signed for’ delivery we will endeavour to despatch within 1-2 working days.
What does Standard order mean? – All our standard orders are sent out second class and we ask that you allow 7 working days for delivery once product has been despatched.
What does ‘signed for’ mean? – Some customers prefer to order a signed for service so that they can track their order. Once despatched (between 1-2 days once your order has been placed) signed for packages are put on first class delivery service. Please note you must be in to receive your package and sign for it. If you are out then the package may be sent back to the post office or delivery depot depending on the carrier used.
All export orders are sent out using a ‘signed for service’.
To keep things simple we have 3 zones for carriage. Please see below for further details.
Zone 1: United Kingdom
- Standard order service – orders will be despatched within 3 working days of receipt and delivery may be up to 7 working days after despatch of your order
- Signed for service
- Orders placed before 11am (GMT) will be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day.
- Orders placed after 11am (GMT) will be despatched the next working day for delivery the following working day.
Zone 2: Europe - To ensure that product reaches our customers overseas we now only send product via a signed for service. Delivery may take up to 20 working days after despatch of your order.
Zone 3: Rest of World – To ensure that product reaches our customers overseas we now only send product via a signed for service. Delivery may take up to 20 working days after despatch of your order.
Overseas customers: We have many distributors worldwide. There may be a distributor in your country that will be able to supply you with our products. Please visit our distributor page to see if there is a distributor near you.
