Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and include postage and packaging worldwide. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Returns Policy
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
Please note by law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information please visit the Department of Trade and Industry’s Consumer Gateway website at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period we will issue you a full refund.
Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
If the item is defective
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please return the item to us letting us know the defect and we will be in touch.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item please contact us and let us know. You can then return the item to us and we will issue you a full refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer.
